Peacefully at West Lake Terrace on Thursday April 12th, 2018.
Merinda Reid, formerly of Picton, at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Percy. Dear sister of Millie Stevenson, Lena Hazelwood (Victor), Beth Brownlee (late Robert), Stephen Smallpiece (late Carol), Tom Smallpiece (Carolyn), Jim Smallpiece (Holly), Esbert Smallpiece, Donna Reid (Don), Sharon Cole (Melvin) and the late Robert Smallpiece. Sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Mrs. Reid rested at the Whattam Funeral Home, 33 Main Street, Picton. A funeral service was held in the chapel on Tuesday April 17th, 2018 at 2 p.m. Interment in Fairview Cemetery (Morrisburg). If desired, donations may be made to the West Lake Terrace Residents Council would be appreciated by the family. Friends were invited to visit with the family on Monday afternoon from 2 until 4 p.m.
