John Frederick Holliss, 68, entered peacefully into rest with family by his side on Friday, June 15th, 2018, at Northumberland Hills Hospital following a brief illness. Loving husband of almost 40 years to Joan (nee Hutchison), and loving father to Meghan (Brock), Erica (Dale), Paul (Ashleigh), Jade (Chris), and Christopher. John will also be missed by his 8 grandchildren Ava, Alexis, Sofia, Anastasia, Aurora, Lyndon, Matthew, and Reid, his two sisters Beverley Holliss (Paul), Cindy Warner (Don), and his brother Rod Holliss. John will fondly be remembered for his sense of humour, his April fools jokes, and his easy-going nature. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday June 21st at 11:00 a.m. at St. Gregory the Great Roman Catholic Church, Picton Reverend Father Robert Chisholm officiating.
