James Alexander “Jim” Smallpiece of Belleville, passed away peacefully, at home, and surrounded by his family on November 2nd, 2019 at age 77 years. Jim is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Holly . Amazing father to Scott, and Christine. Fabulous grandfather to Matthew Strachan. Survived by his five sisters, three brothers and several nieces and nephews. Jim was always ready with a smile and joke. He was a dedicated millwright, firefighter for 30 years, and ultimate scrapman. Jim fought a two year battle with COPD and died of complications from rheumatoid Vasculitis.
