Suddenly entered into rest on Saturday, March 13th, 2021 at Hastings Manor Long Term Care Facility, Belleville. Ruth Hutchison, of Spring Street, Picton died at the age of 93. She was the daughter of the late George & Norah Johnson and wife of the late Bart Hutchison. Ruth was the loving mother of Fay Allen (Bill) of Markham, Don (Michelle) of Belleville, Norah Higgins (Bob) of Sault Ste. Marie, and Rosanne Fraser of Picton. She is predeceased by her son Dave (surviving daughter-in-law Diane) and by her brother Arthur Johnson. Ruth will be fondly remembered by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hutchison rested at the Whattam-Hicks Funeral Home, 33 Main Street West, Picton (613-476-2450). Funeral Service was held in the Chapel on Tuesday, March 16th, 2021 at 2 p.m. with visitation for 1 hour prior. Interment Cherry Valley Cemetery in the spring in the family plot.
