Graham David Fraser
died peacefully at Hospice Prince Edward on Wednesday, November 8, 2017. Graham Fraser, of Upper Lake Street, Picton, at the age of 76. Son of the late Donald and Royna Fraser. Loved brother of Roy and his wife Linda of Dansville, NY and Duncan of Kingston. Uncle of Brian, Cheryl (Charles Nixon) and Lisa Fraser (Mark Vinette). Graham will be missed by Penny, Kathy and Debbie, his many friends and by the staff of Community Living Prince Edward. A Celebration of Graham’s Life will take place at his home at 82 Upper Lake Street, Picton on Friday November 17th at 12:30 p.m. with reception to follow until 3 p.m. Private family interment at Belleville Cemetery. If desired, donations to Community Living Prince Edward or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.  Arrangements entrusted to the Whattam Funeral Home,
