John Lewis “Jack” Cooper
At the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital on Thursday November 9, 2017, Jack Cooper passed away at the age of 90. Beloved husband of the late Shirley White (nee Ditchburn). Father of Scott and his wife Tracy of Belleville and John of Ottawa and grandfather to Alyssa (Andrew) of Kingston. Predeceased by his sister Doris McKinney and brother Doug. Jack spent his working career at the cement plant but will be equally remembered as a dedicated volunteer firefighter.A Graveside Service was held at the Black River Cemetery on Monday.  November 13 at 1 pm.
