Nickname from teenage to 1985 “Beau” Born January 23, 1936 in Corner Brook, NL to Stewart Harold Howell  of Woody Pt, NL and Olive “Pearl” Mildred Howell (nee Payne) of Rocky Harbour, NL. Married to Wilbur “Bill Sr.” Keith Fox of Toronto, formerly of Bloomfield, ON, on September 5, 1953 in Toronto, ON. Died of Kidney failure at John M. Parrott Centre in Napanee, ON, on Friday, December 1, 2017 with her daughter Karen by her side. Predeceased by her brother Harold Howell of Weston, ON in 1972, her father Stewart Howell in 1973, Pearl Howell of Brockville, ON in 1994 and half-sister Vivian Maxina Howell of Brockville, ON and, very sadly, her daughter Cynthia Ann Fox “Cindy” of Deseronto, ON in 2014 and her husband of 35 years, Bill Fox of Napanee, ON in 2014. Survived by her son Rev. William Stewart Fox (Wendy Fox) of Maitland, ON, daughter Karen Teresa North (Robert C. North) of Deseronto (formerly Kingston) ON, grandchildren Jennifer T. Proceviat (Jason Proceviat) of Orleans, ON, David J. Fox of Brampton, ON and Brian Fox (Jessica), precious. In keeping with the families wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will take place sometime in January 2018.
