Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Saturday, February 17th, 2018. Doris Wright, in her 101st year. Dear wife of the late Bill Wright. Loving mother of Kenneth (Carrolle) and Evelyn Forsyth (David). Fondly remembered by her grandchildren Kathy, Linda, Julie, Nancy and Andy and her 11 great grandchildren. Predeceased by her sister Phyllis Hamilton. Doris was a proud farmer’s wife, a talented quilter and a lifetime member of the Hillier’s Women’s Institute who will be sadly missed by her family and many friends. Friends were invited to call at the Ainsworth Funeral Home, 288 Noxon Avenue, Wellington on Wednesday, February 21st from 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 22nd at 11:00 a.m. at the Wellington United Church.
