Peacefully at Hastings Manor, Belleville, on Thursday April 26th, 2018. Ron Cable, formerly of Picton, retired employee of Ontario Hydro, at the age of 87. Beloved husband of the late Pat. Loved father of Karen and her husband Ken Morton of Trenton and grandpa of Nick and Whitney. Funeral Service will be held at the Whattam Funeral Home, 33 Main Street, Picton, on Monday April 30th at 2:00 p.m. with family receiving friends the hour prior.  Private family interment will take place at Cherry Valley Cemetery.
