The Quinte Field Naturalists together with the Friends of the Sandbanks and Sandbanks Provincial Park Staff are meeting at the parking of Lakeshore Lodge Road to remove Buckthorn from the West Point forest. This is the 4th annual buckthorn removal blitz and is a great day for fun and community. Lunch is provided. Please bring close toed shoes, dress appropriately and get ready to feel great about restoring this beautiful forest!
