Each year we gather on December 6th, the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women, to share a quiet moment to reflect on all the lives of women in Canada who have been killed by male violence. Roses will be laid to commemorate the 14 women who were killed at L'Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal in 1989. A 15th rose will be laid to commemorate the women who have been killed in the past year.
