Over the course of 6 weeks, participants of all levels will learn the skills and techniques of street art led by artist instructor Jamie Janx Johnston. For 2 hours a week, participants will create a series of study artworks leading up to a final piece using all the techniques learned. This also includes talks and education on graffiti, murals and other cultural art forms surrounding urban art, and creating collaborative artwork with the group!

Stencil, spray paint, lettering & wheat paste techniques are combined to create both an individual and a collective work. Explore the possibilities of urban art with this Franco-Ontarian artist who has helped shape the Canadian urban art landscape.

Age range – 12+

6 Tuesday evenings from 4-6 PM: September 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th, October 7th, & 14th, 2025

Location – The County Arts Lab, Unit 2E, Picton Armoury Building
