Pop art people! Magic Landscapes! Music Inspired Abstraction! Collaborative Collage! Using examples from Art History, we will explore colour and style with a variety of subjects. Kids will create exciting pieces of art in different styles, using simple ideas with big impact! Students will develop some art language and all skill levels will learn techniques of art practice in a fun, supportive environment. At the end of the 5 weeks, we will mount an art exhibition to showcase what we’ve accomplished with the kids acting as curators in our pop up gallery. Our show will include a collaborative piece that we’ve all worked on together.

4 Saturday mornings: May 10th, 24th, 31st & June 7th, 2025 (no class May 17 long weekend).

For ages 9-12, classes take place from 11:15 AM-12:30 PM.
