Genealogy is more than just names and dates; it's about understanding the lives your ancestors led within their communities. This workshop focuses on using local reference materials to gain a broader perspective of the times and places where your ancestors lived within and prior to arrival in PEC. With our extensive historical reference collection you’ll have access to dozens of national and local resources and publications, with the opportunity to purchase select materials. Work with Marilyn Adams Genealogical Research Centre volunteers to dive into these resources and uncover the stories that shaped your family's history!

This is a free, drop-in event.
