Quinte Field Naturalists (QFN) Tree Committee is proud to announce its fourth Tree-Mendous Talk & Walk, taking place on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM.This upcoming educational walk will be personally led by expert guest host Rowland Cave-Browne-Cave from the City of Belleville. Designed for nature lovers, avid gardeners, and families alike, this free community event offers a unique opportunity to explore the urban canopy and expand personal tree identification skills.The walk will commence at Robin Jefferies Park (220 Bleecker Street, Belleville) and gracefully wind its way through the neighborhood to finish at the historic Corby Rose Garden located at 210 Ann Street.Participants will have the opportunity to engage directly with an urban forestry insider while covering essential preservation topics Cost: Completely Free Registration: Pre-registration is strongly encouraged to assist organizers with headcount. Tickets can be reserved via the Eventbrite. Important Parking Note: Because street parking is strictly prohibited on Ann Street and William Street, event attendees are kindly requested to park along Queen Street at the north end of Robin Jefferies Park.
