of Bloomfield passed away at Hospice Prince Edward, Picton on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at the age of 86. Loving husband of the late Margaret Stickle. Caring father of Robert (Jeanette), Kelly, Brian (Annabel) and Sharon (Aaron). Loved by his grandchildren Megan, Liam, Matthew, Austin, Nolan, Avery (Amanda), Elliot, Oliver, Jarrett and Cameron. Survived by his sister Jean Webb (late Gord). Predeceased by his brothers Bill (late Theresa) and Ray (Jeanne) and sisters Lois Van Clieaf (late Wilbert) and Marian Green (late Wilbert). Sadly missed by his sisters-in-law Jeanne Stickle (late Ray), Sandra Green (late Ron), Carol Wood (late Keith) and many nieces and nephews. Aleck will be fondly remembered by many friends in the community. Cremation has taken place and friends are invited to visit with the family on Tuesday, October 28^th from 6-8 p.m. at the AINSWORTH FUNERAL HOME, 288 NOXON AVENUE, WELLINGTON. Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, October 29^th at 11:00 a.m. at the Bloomfield United Church. Reception to follow. Private family interment at Wellington Cemetery.
