Suddenly entered into rest at the family farm, on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, Casey VanGrootheest of Bloomfield, died at the age of 60. Son of the late Anthony and Harmina VanGrootheest (nee Prinzen). Loving father of Jaclyn (Jef) of Belleville, Tony, and Ryan (Paige) all of Bloomfield and grandfather of Sullivan. Dear brother of Janet Crosby (Brian) of Cobourg, Ben of Bloomfield, and Dorothy VanGrootheest of Toronto. Fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and extended family. A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Quaker Cemetery, Bloomfield. A Service of Remembrance will be held at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Bloomfield on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at 11 am with visitation for 1 hour prior to the Service.
