Age 64, passed away on Christmas morning, December 25, 2025. Born in Toronto, Ontario, Debbie later made her home in Greater Napanee, where she found comfort and meaning in the life she built there. She loved her home life, her pets and her family and she deeply enjoyed the everyday moments spent with those closest to her.
Debbie married Steven, in November 1981, beginning a partnership that lasted more than four decades.
She was his wife and closest friend. She was a devoted and loving mother who shared a close and special bond with her son Jason, who considered her his bet friend. Deborah possessed a sharp mind, strong instincts and a strong understanding of people and situations.
Her intelligence showed itself every day in the way she thought, spoke, and cared for those around her.
She was a woman of great courage. She was brave and fiercely protective of her family. Though small in stature she acted fearlessly without hesitation to stand up and protect the ones she loved. Her courage and bravery were with her up to and during the day she passed away, as well as her great sense of humour.
Deborah was known for being straight forward and honest. She spoke her mind and told the truth, valuing sincerity and authenticity in all her relationships. Alongside tht honesty was a kind, generous and caring heart.
She will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, her son, her family and those who knew her.
