Peacefully entered into rest at Kentwood Park Nursing Home, Picton, on Sunday, January 7, 2024, Debbie Schmidt (nee White) of Picton, died at the age of 67. Daughter of the late Anne White (nee Donaldson). Beloved partner of the late Steve Ferguson. Loving mother of Mark (Steph) of Bloomfield. Sister of Larry (Carolyn) of Cherry Valley and Barry of Los Angeles, California and remembered by her many nieces, nephews and the Ferguson family.  Special best friend of Judy Deryaw (Paul) of Belleville. Mrs. Schmidt rested at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street, (613-476-2450). Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Debbie’s Life will be held at a later date. Spring Interment Glenwood Cemetery. If desired, donations to Parkinson Canada would be appreciated by the family.  Online condolences at: www.rushnellfuneralhomes.com
