It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Douglas Valleau on Saturday, September 7th, 2024, in his 44th year.  Son of the late Ronald Valleau and Mary Brown.  Father of Dean Derry and Holli Valleau. Grandfather Charlotte Derry, Sofia Young and Blake Young. Dear brother Tracy Valleau, Tammy Smith (Denis) all of Picton. Fondly remembered by his aunts, uncles, and cousins, and also remembered by his many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Doug had a love for English Bulldogs, and Daisy Mae and Duke will miss their dad dearly. Arrangements entrusted to RUSHNELL FUNERAL HOMES – PICTON, (33 Main Street 613-476-2450). Cremation has taken place.  A celebration of Doug’s life will be held at a later date. If desired, memorial donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Hastings Prince Edward Humane Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.
