Edith Joan Brown

May 27, 1935 - December 8, 2024

Longtime Volunteer – Second Time Around Shoppe, Picton
Suddenly entered into rest at Hallowell House Long Term Care Facility, on Sunday, December 8, 2024, Joan Brown (nee Creasy) of Picton, died at the age of 89. Daughter of the late Frank Creasy and Alice (nee Richards). Beloved companion of Rodger Anderson. Loving mother of the late Steven, Dennis (Sherrie) of Green Point, and Doug (Darlene) of Point Petre and grandmother of Jeff (Lisa), Michael, Garrett (Thao), Allicia (Jody), Brad (Morgan), Matthew (Diana), Melissa (Tom) and great grandmother of Kassidy, Kennedy, Blake, Bailey, Brody, Benji, Kaleb and Rowan. Survived by her brother Ron Creasy (Karen) of Point Petre and by her sister-in-law Nellie Creasy of Picton. Predeceased by her brother Howard Creasy.  Fondly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and many friends.  Mrs. Brown rested at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street (613-476-2450). Funeral Service in the Chapel on Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 1 pm with visitation for 1 hour prior to the Service. Rev.
