It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Diane King of Cherry Valley, on Friday, December 27, 2024, at her home, surrounded by her loved ones. She was born on August 27, 1959 to Ruby and Norm Williams. One of 12 children. Wife of 46 years to the love of her life Barry King. Loving mother of Kerri King (Jamie Lawlor) and Krystal Bisson (Guy Bisson). Cherished Nana of Camille and Sophie Lawlor and Ben, Alex, Jake, Max and Jon Bisson. Diane worked as a cook at Picton Manor Nursing Home for 32 years, adding love and care to those she fed. She later became a Nutrition Care Manager at West Lake Terrace where she continued to show love through food and special engagements that she planned. Diane enjoyed being active, she had an eye for interior design and took great pride in her home. Diane and Barry enjoyed camping in their trailer in summer and taking their grandkids along. She loved being with family the most, keeping in touch on the phone daily and treasuring those special visits. She loved her sweet cocker spaniel Maggie. She will be missed by a large extended family.
