Entered into rest at the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital, on Thursday, April 2, 2026, Joan Minaker of Picton, died at the age of 91. Daughter of the late Gordon and Florence Bell (nee Gall). Predeceased by her loving husband and partner, Loris. Loving mother of Terry (Leafa), Cindy, Katharine (Chris) all of Prince Edward County, and the late Tony and Paul (Marilyn). Grandmother of Nicholas (Rachel), Farrell, Tian, Alex, Ben (Gill), Elle, Jon (Kayley), Tarayn (Brandon), Lucas (Heather), and the late Erica. Great grandmother of Ryker, Charlotte, Taylor, Nolan, Maxine, Dahlia, Ayla, Holland, and Macaulay. Remembered by her sister Jean Cuddy and predeceased by her siblings Larry Bell, Mary Pierson, and Mona Loney. Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Joan rested at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street (613-476-2450). A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, April 10, 2026 at 2:00 pm with visitation for one hour prior to the Service.
