John Nathan Gould

August 17, 1940 - July 15, 2024

John Gould of Picton passed away at Belleville General Hospital, 34 days short of his 84th birthday, on Monday, July 15, 2024. He was the son of the late Jack and Helen Gould (Williams). Finally reunited with the love of his life, his wife the late Mary-Lois Gould whom he has missed deeply every day for almost 25 years. Loving father to Rob Gould (Margo) of Mink Lake, and Suzanne Gould (Kevin Wilton) of Demorestville. Poppy to Joshua Gould (Alison) of Kingston, and Mary-Kate Wilton of Demorestville. Great Grandfather to Mila and Mason. Brother to Helen Steele (late Ron), Catharine Nobes (late Al), Jean Smith (late John), and the late Donald. Brother-in-law to Earl Foster (Kathy), and Kathleen Foster-Morgan (Lynn). He will be sadly missed by his nieces and nephews. John lived a full life of many different occupations. Notably his bread, and fuel delivery businesses. He could fix any motor or piece of machinery that he wanted to and spent countless hours in his shop. He loved hunting with this friends and thought the wolrd of his dogs and cats. He will be greatly missed by Harley who never left his side. As per his wishes, there will be no service and cremation has taken place. Donations to the Loyalist Humane Society would be greatly appreciated by the family. The family would like to thank the doctors and nurses at the Belleville ICU for the great care and compassion they provided to John and his family in his final days.
