Peacefully at the E. J. McQuigge Lodge, Cannifton, on Sunday, November 10, 2024, Joe Webb, formerly of Mitchell Cross Road, Picton, left us to be reunited with his one true love and soulmate, at the age of 95. Beloved husband of the late Alice (nee Horwood). Loved father of Lorne (Kim) of Belleville, and Dawn Cutler (Bob) of Bloomfield. Proud grandfather of Shane (Lindsay) and Ryan, and great-grandfather of Grayson and Charlotte. Sadly missed by his dear friend, Shirley Shouldice of Newcastle. Mr. Webb rested at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street (613-476-2450).  A Private Family Funeral Service was held in the Chapel. Interment followed at Rose Cemetery, Waupoos. The Venerable Dr. Bramwell Pearce officiated. If desired, donations to the Loyalist Humane Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences: www.rushnellfuneralhomes.com
