Peacefully passed away at Trent Valley Lodge on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 in her 94^th year. Wife of the late Ernest Elwood Foster. Loving mother to Paul Foster (Teresa) of Innisfil, Kelly Bauder of Kingston and predeceased by children Pamela Foster and Kevin Foster. Joyce will be ever remembered by her Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren. She is the sister to Lyle Williams (Judy), Robert Williams (Jeannie), Gary Williams (Linda) and predeceased by siblings; June McAdams (Cecil), Connie Wallis (Jack), Ted Williams (Beverly), Reginald Williams (Shirley) and Kay Solenthaler (Joseph). Fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. At Joyce’s request cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Service will be held at Weaver Family Funeral Home, 29 Bay Street, Trenton on Saturday, May 9, 2025 at 1 pm with visitation 1 hour prior to service. Spring Interment at Holy Trinity Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #103 Frankford or Frankford United Church would be appreciated by the family.  Memories, stories and condolences can be shared online at www.weaverfuneralhomes.com
