Marilyn Irene Justus (nee Cory), passed away peacefully at her home in Kingston Ontario May 19^th, 2025, in her 86^th year surrounded by her loving family and close friends. Marilyn was predeceased by her husband of 62 years Larry Joseph Justus and her brother Norman Russell Cory. She is survived by her sons Joseph Allen (Karin) of Winnipeg Manitoba and David Russell (Susan) of Barrie Ontario and her cherished grandchildren Sabrina and Daniel. Marilyn was born in Rochester New York USA, the eldest child of Russell and Eulalie Cory (nee Cole) and grew up in the town of Picton in beautiful Prince Edward County Ontario. Marilyn graduated as a RN from Kingston General Hospital’s Class of 1960 and had an expansive 42-year nursing career at Winchester District Memorial Hospital, Kemptville District Hospital and both the Civic and St. Joseph’s Hospitals in Peterborough Ontario. We are eternally grateful for the compassionate care and support provided by her many nursing colleagues past and present from Kingston General Hospital and the PWS’s from Bayshore HealthCare and her wonderful friends and neighbors on Barrett Court.
