Peacefully entered into rest at the Southampton Care Centre, on Thursday, December 25, 2025, Muriel Singleton (nee Stark) of Wellington, formerly of Toronto, died at the age of 97.  Daughter of the late Floyd and Thelma Stark (nee Morris) and wife of the late Gordon.  Loving mother of Doug (late Patricia) of Southampton, grandmother of Jim (Ashley) and Emily, and great grandmother of Joshua.  Predeceased by her brothers Clayton and Garfield.  Fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Singleton is resting at the Rushnell Funeral Homes – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street (613-476-2450) for visitation on Friday, January 9 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held in Emmanuel Baptist Church, Bloomfield on Saturday, January 10, 2026 at 11 am.  Spring Interment in the family plot at Wellington Cemetery.  If desired, donations to Emmanuel Baptist Church would be appreciated.  Online condolences at: www.rushnellfuneralhomes.com
