Entered into rest at Kingston Health Sciences Centre, on Thursday, April 30, 2026, Norma Barber (nee Bird) of Picton, formerly of Belleville and Stirling, died at the age of 82. Loving partner of Lloyd Rankin of Picton and sadly missed by her entire extended family and many friends. In keeping with Norma’s wishes, cremation will take place.  A Celebration of Norma’s Life will be held in the Atrium @ the Wellings of Picton, 15 Wellings Drive, Picton on Sunday, May 24, 2026 from 2-4 pm. Interment in the family plot at Stirling Cemetery. If desired, donations to a Charity of Your Choice would be appreciated.
