Passed away peacefully while surrounded by his family at Hospice Prince Edward on Wednesday, September 25th, 2024, at the age of 71. Beloved husband of the late Diane Samson (nee Elsbury) (2019). Dear father to Rhonda Melbourne (Bill) of Picton, Robbie Robitaille (Patty) of Picton, and Scott Robitaille (Judy) of Vancouver. Sadly missed by his numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. Ever remembered by his sisters Rita, Sue (Gerald), and Betty (Jim) of Ottawa, and brothers Marcel (Jann) and Roger (Teresa), niece Tammy and nephews Benji, Nathan, and Joel; all of Pembroke and Quebec. Will be sadly missed by his close friend Florence Insley, brother-in-law Jerry Elsbury, Mike, Kelly, and Susie Devine.  Also loved by his many other nieces, nephews. Predeceased by his brother Richard Samson (Sherry). In honour of Paul’s wishes, there will be no visitation or service. If desired, donations to Hospice Prince Edward would be appreciated by the family. Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of RUSHNELL FUNERAL HOME, 33 Main Street, Picton (613-476-2450)
