Richard passed away at the age of 91 at Belleville General Hospital.
He is survived by his wife Sheila and children Alison and Michael (Kevin).
Born in the South of England, Richard and Sheila emigrated to Canada soon after marrying. They lived for many years in Brampton raising their family. They retired early and moved to Prince Edward County – a decision both Richard and Sheila felt was one of the best they ever made. Richard was on the board of Picton Library and he was a member of the Picton Golf Club. In keeping with Richard’s wishes, there are no visitation or services at this time.
