Ronald Earl Hubbs

August 7, 1930 - November 16, 2024

Member – Royal Canadian Legion, Br. No. 78, Picton
Entered into rest at Hospice Prince Edward, Picton, on Saturday, November 16, 2024, Ronald Hubbs of Picton, died at the age of 94. Son of the late Willet Hubbs & Irene (nee Hayden).  Beloved husband for 65 years of Eva (nee Brough) and loving father of David Brough (late Cheryl) of Picton, Joseph Hubbs, Kelly Bamber, both of Belleville, Terry Simpson (Les) of Point Petre, Kevan Hubbs (Anne) of Norfolk, New York, and Jamie Hubbs (Mandy) of Picton. Dearest grandfather of Melissa (Craig), Dustin (Maryanne), Chris, Cameron (Alan), Derek, Kyle (Torrie), Duncan, Matthew (Zack), and Stacey (Jay), and remembered by his many great grandchildren. Survived by his brother Keith (Cora) of Belleville, and predeceased by his brothers Allan, and William “Bill” (late June). Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Mr. Hubbs rested at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street, (613-476-2450). Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Wednesday, November 27, 2024 at 11 am with visitation for 1 hour prior to the Service.  Interment Quaker Cemetery, Bloomfield.
