Ross “Leon” Pearsoll

Passed away suddenly at the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 at the age of 71. Cherished father of Mikenze Pearsoll of Belleville. Beloved brother of Leah Pearsoll (Randy) of Picton and Daniel Pearsoll (Elizabeth) of Cherry Valley. He will be lovingly remembered by his many other family members and close friend Sharon Maracle. Predeceased by his parents Ross and Laura Pearsoll (nee Arnott).
Leon was a member of the Prince Edward Flying Club. He had a passion for building, flying and sometimes crashing his RC model airplanes. He enjoyed his daily conversations with best friend Brian. Leon had an infectious laugh and loved spending time with his family and friends, going dancing, building cars and camper trailers, tinkering on various pieces of equipment, attending various car and air shows and going skiing. Leon thoroughly enjoyed his trips to Arizona and was often telling friends and family about them. Leon loved telling stories from his life and using funny sayings such as “I’m fed up” after every meal. Leon could be the life of the party and a shoulder to cry on. He was a kind and caring man and will be greatly missed by all.
Cremation has been entrusted to Milestone Cremation Service, Napanee. Memorial donations made to the Prince Edward Flying Club or the Prince Edward County Memorial Hospital would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences, photos and memories can be shared at www.milestonecremation.ca.
