Entered into rest at Hospice Prince Edward, Picton, on Monday, May 12, 2025, Ruth Jackson of Picton, died at the age of 79. Daughter of the late Brian & Joan Jackson (nee Russell).  Survived by her brother Peter Jackson (Verna), and niece Emma, all of Stockport, UK.  Predeceased by niece Sarah Jackson. She will be remembered by her many friends in Prince Edward County and the UK. In keeping with Ruth’s wishes, there will be no visitation or services. Cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of Ruth’s Life will be held at a later date.  If desired, donations in memory of Ruth to the International Rett Syndrome Foundation (https://rett.ca/donate/) or to Hospice Prince Edward (by cheque mailed or delivered to 40 Downes Ave., Picton, ON K0K 2T0 or e-transferred to hospicepe.com being sure to note that the donation is in memory of Ruth Jackson, with your name and address).  Online condolences at: www.rushnellfuneralhomes.com
