Peacefully entered into rest surrounded by the love of her family, at H. J. McFarland Memorial Home, Picton, on Thursday, November 20, 2025, Sharon Branscombe of Picton, formerly of R. R. #4, Picton, died at the age of 80. Daughter of the late James and Marion Dewan (nee Moore) and beloved wife for 64 years to Don. Cherished mother of Lisa Helmer (Eric) and Jamie, all of Picton and devoted grandmother of Alex, Cody (Danielle), and Richard and great grandmother of Max. Survived by her sister Heather Kohl (Dave) of London and predeceased by her brother Gordon Dewan (late Bertha), and remembered by her nieces and nephews. The family wishes to extend their heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the entire management, doctors and staff of H. J. McFarland Memorial Home for the amazing care and compassion provided to Sharon. Cremation has taken place. A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Cherry Valley Cemetery. A Gathering to Celebrate Sharon’s Life will be held in the Spring 2026.
