Wilfred Laurier “Skip” Seymour


It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Skip at his home on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, in his 88th year. Cherished son of the late Wilfred and Jane Seymour.  Beloved partner of Sarah Green. Loving father to James Green, late Mona Greenburg (Jack), Dan Green, Paul Green, Holly Akerman (Ted), Terry Seymour (Liz), Denise Rinaldi, and Suzann Seymour (late Guy). Dear grandfather to 17 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Ever remembered by his many siblings. A Celebration of Skip’s Life will be held from the Royal Canadian Legion Br#78 (21 Elks Street, Picton) on Saturday, October 19th, 2024 at 2:00p.m. As an expression of sympathy, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated by the family. Cremation arrangements are under the care and direction of RUSHNELL FUNERAL HOME, 33 Main Street, Picton (613-476-2450). To leave a condolence or to share memories of Skip, please visit www.rushnellfuneralhomes.com
