With love and gratitude for a life well lived, Bill Fairbairn of Picton passed away on October 31, 2023 at the age of 93. Bill spent his career working for BMO in Montreal and while there met the love of his life Barbara. They retired to Picton and together they created a beautiful life full of family, friends, community, and travel.  Past Commodore of PEYC, Bill was a skilled and avid sailor and was happiest on his sailboat Ainsley with Barbara and friends and family sailing around the Thousand Islands. Bill was predeceased by his sister A. Beverly, his beloved Barbara and is survived and will be missed by his nieces, nephews and their families.
A Graveside Service will be held at Glenwood Cemetery on Tuesday, August 2 at 11:00 am. 
Cremation has taken place. If desired, donations on behalf of Bill and Barb can be made to
