The County Foundation has awarded $10 million in grants since its inception in 2008, directly supporting the people, places, and projects that shape Prince Edward County.
“This milestone is more than just a number,” said Interim Executive Director Gillian Armstrong.
“It reflects years of trust and collaboration. The County Foundation is a trusted steward of charitable giving in the County.
“We work with donors through donor-advised funds, scholarships, bequests, and grant programs, empowering them to invest in the causes they care about most.
“Our founding Board members led by example,” continued Ms. Armstrong. “They personally contributed to establish the first fund, laying the groundwork for the Foundation’s continued growth and impact in the community.”
