ANDERSON, Robert William Thomas
It is with a broken heart that we share the sudden passing of a son, brother, father, grandson, uncle, nephew and friend Robert William Thomas Anderson after a short battle with cancer. Robert passed away surrounded by love and peace at the Sir Thomas Roddick hospital on July 5th 2023 at the age of 46. Robert was born January 9th 1977 in Picton Ontario To Penny Jesso [Gorsline] and James Anderson. He grew up in the small village of Demorestville and later moved to Picton. Throughout his life he would live with his sister Janet and brother in law Rick in various places. As a teenager he went to visit Newfoundland it was his dream to one day go back to live with his mom Penny and her husband Jimmy Jesso. In December of 2022 his wish came true. Robert had a love for music and could often be heard strumming his guitar in his room. He had the best sense of humor that would leave you in stitches. He was the life of the party and loved fiercely. Robert had a love for animals but especially for his companion Flash, his big old hound dog. He loved hunting and fishing, but if you asked him his favorite thing it would be to be with family. Robert never got over the loss of his son Bradlee and his father Jim Anderson and we take comfort in knowing that they are reunited. He leaves to mourn with loving memories his mother Penny Ann Jesso and step-dad James Jesso. Sister Janet Harrington [Richard]. Stepbrother to Stephen Stevens [Tracey] and Jim and Mike Warner. Great Nieces Sophia, Olivia, and Georgia. Niece Bethany Stevens [David]. Great nephew Hunter. Niece Kira Stevens [Damien]. Special aunt Pam Cook and uncle Lorne Cook. Robert was predeceased by his son Bradlee Tyler Harrington Anderson, father James Anderson, grandparents and friends. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of life will be held at the home of Janet and Rick Harrington in August, to be announced via facebook.
