The PECMH Auxiliary passed another milestone as it recently exceeded the $3 million mark it has donated to our hospital.
All the money donated has historically been used to buy essential medical equipment. In the past year alone, approximately $300,000 was donated and used to buy equipment such as stretchers, smart beds, scopes, an ultra sound machine, sterilization technology and contribute to a new X-ray machine. All our volunteers including those at the Second Time Around Shop, the Festival of Trees and the Perfectly Preserved group work tirelessly to raise these funds to support our hospital.
The Auxiliary is very grateful to our generous community for its continued support of all the Auxiliary’s activities. Anyone looking for a volunteer opportunity to join the Auxiliary and become part of this dynamic group can visit pecmhaux.ca.
