CANNIFF, Sheila “Dawn”

Passed away peacefully in her 84th year at the Belleville General Hospital on Saturday, May 14, 2022. Beloved wife of the late Gene Canniff. She is predeceased by her parents Sherman & Effie Thompson. Loving mother of Thomas (Pat) Canniff of Mississauga and Edward (Rosemarie) Canniff of Trenton. Cherished grandma to Diane (Alex), Robert, Victoria (Jake), Tara-Lee (Justin) and great grandma to Raylynn, Marsalee, Liam, Titan, Talon, Bennett and Briar. Dear step grandma to Marcus (Amandah) and Sheena (Kenny) and great step grandma to Hailee, Meriah, Zachary, Gracelyn, Brynlei and Juliette. Also great great grandma to Addisyn. Fondly remembered by her sister Patricia Smith and predeceased by her siblings; Phyllis, Jack, Ross, Burley, Sandra and sister in law Reta and her daughter in law Trudy. Private family graveside service will be held at Carrying Place Cemetery Annex. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
