Susan Elizabeth Carroll passed away peacefully at the West Parry Sound Health Centre on Tuesday, April 18th, 2023. Age 69 years. Beloved wife of Jim Forth. Loving mother of Amy. Dear stepmother of Chris, Susan, and Jimmy. Cherished Nana of Dolly ‘Danielle’, Amanda, Ashley, Allen, Cody, Matthew, Michael, Ben, and Emily. Great Nana of Grace Elizabeth, Lily Kate, Reece, Brayden, Maggie, Rowan, and Wesley. Loving daughter of the late Ken and Betty Carroll, of Bloomfield. Dear sister of James (Ruthann); Donna (Barrie); Heather; Sally (Rob), Brian (Amanda); and the late Steven (wife Linda); and Chris. Forever remembered by her nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. As was Sue’s wish, cremation has taken place.
