On February 24, 2021, Bud passed away courageously in his home, surrounded by his wife and family members. Bud went to his heavenly home in his ninetieth year. Loving husband to the late, Margaret Gregory. Loving father to the late, Mary Gregory. Loving father of Joseph Gregory (Dianne), Teresa Gregory (Chuck), Mark Gregory (Margaret). Bud loved his grandchildren: Michael, Kevin, Trevor, Travis, Jessica, Cassandra and Kyle. He will be sadly missed by his great-grandchildren: Alexis, Parker, Eli, Avery, Mika, Mary, Seeley, Charlie, Ella, Everly, Cole, and Coby. Bud will be fondly remembered by his children for his support, dedication and love. Bud was an awesome father. Beloved husband to Marilyn of 20 years. Loving stepfather to Lloyd(Dorothy), Darlene (Blaine), Debbie (Graham), Dawn (Raeburn), and Diana (William). Bud was so loved by his step-grandchildren of 17, great-grandchildren of 41 and great-great-grandchild of one. Prior to Bud’s retirement, he worked many years for Tom Belch and Sons in Belleville as a Designer Contractor. On December 30, 2001, Bud and Marilyn were united in marriage in Longview, Texas. The marriage ceremony was officiated by Marilyn’s grandson, Rev. Bruce Crowe. Bud and Marilyn resided on the Reynolds Heritage Farm for the past 20 years. Bud was always willing to give a helping hand to everyone, especially the employees at Reynolds Farms. All Larry needed to say was, “call Bud”, and he would be there. Bud loved to travel with family and friends, and he especially enjoyed his many bus trips. Bud was a carpenter and many family and friends benefited from his woodworking skills. Bud will always be remembered for his big smile, kindness, generosity and amazing work ethic. He will be greatly missed. Bud is resting at the Whattam Funeral Home, 33 Main Street, Picton (613-475-2450) with a Spring interment at Cherry Valley Cemetery. The Memorial Service will be held on March 05, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. At Emmanuel Baptist Church in Bloomfield, Ontario.
