HINEMAN, Anna Marie

Entered into rest at her home after a courageous battle, with her family and friends at her side, on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, Anna Marie Hineman (nee Harrington) of Picton died at the age of 68. She was the daughter of the late George & Barbara Harrington (nee Heffernan) and was the loving wife of George. Anna Marie was the cherished mother of Joe (Candace) of Ameliasburgh and step-mother of Michelle (Jay) of Bloomfield. She was the dearest grandmother of Carissa, Jordan, Anthony and Andrew. Anna Marie is survived by her siblings Betty Hall (Fred) of Picton, Ross Harrington (Donna) of Tweed and Peggy Gorsline (Tom) of Picton and will be remembered by her many nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by her dear friend, Cindy Murray of Picton. Mrs. Hineman is resting at the Rushnell Funeral Home – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street, (613-476-2450). Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Anna Marie’s Life will be held at the HOPE Centre / First Baptist Church (46 King Street, Picton) on Saturday December 10th, from 1:00 – 3:30pm. Inurnment at Glenwood Cemetery at a later date. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Hospice Prince Edward in Anna Marie’s memory would be appreciated by the family.
