Community Care has sourced free calendars for seniors and we have available the 2018 calendar titled “Staying Active, Safe & Healthy in Our Communities”. The calendar is a project funded through the East Regional Integrated Fall Prevention & Management Strategy and the Age-Friendly Communities Outreach Program.
One of the reasons, we’re told, that seniors really liked the calendar that we used to be able to get was because it had the OAS and CPP cheque dates listed on it. The federal government has released the payment dates for 2018 and we have inserted a list into each of the calendars still in the office. These are the payment dates for 2018 for both OAS and CPP, just in case you want to note the dates on your own calendar: Jan. 29, Feb. 26, March 27, April 26, May 29, June 27, July 27, Aug. 29, Sept. 26, Oct. 29, Nov. 28, Dec, 20.
Stop in at 74A King Street to pick up your free calendar. We only have a few left so don’t wait too long to come and get one.
