Entered into rest at Hospice Prince Edward on Saturday, August 5, 2023, Ivan Insley of Picton died at the age of 79.  He was the dear brother of Margaret (late Bill Hicks), Gaye (Barb), and Janet (Ken Fraser) all of Picton, and Arthur (Cindy) of Belleville.  Mr. Insley rested at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street, Picton (613-476-2450).
