It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of MATT JONES on Monday, November 21st, 2022 At the age of 38. Beloved son of Debra MacDonald (Ray) and the late Philip Jones. Loving husband of Jamie Green. Caring father of Emma, Brooke and Jaxxon. Survived by his siblings Robert Cormier (Kirsten) and Heather Cormier (Jordan). Matt was a loving uncle to his 5 nieces and nephews. Matt is now forever fishing in the sky. Cremation has taken place and friends are invited to gather with the family to celebrate Matt’s life at the Wellington Legion Branch 160, 364 Wellington Main St, Wellington, ON on Saturday, December 3rd from 1-4 pm.
