It is with sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Shawn Michael Kerr at his home in Brampton, on Saturday, May 8, 2021, at the age of 27. His closest family members called him Scrawny Shawny or Bubby. Our fondest memories of Shawn are of him doing the things he loved. He was very passionate about music, fishing, hockey, bike riding, and skateboarding. Whether he was at the local rink or spending time outdoors, he was the happiest when he was able to spend quality time with his family performing and showing off his latest classics on his guitar.  Shawn is the son of Michael Kerr, Joyce Tolles (Bloomfield), and the late Shannan Gougeon (Brampton). Shawn is the loving brother of Jessica Kerr and Talitha Tolles (Bloomfield). Shawn also holds a very special place in his heart for Cynthia Graham (Brampton). He is predeceased by his grandparents Larry and Patricia Kerr (Picton) and Herb Gougeon (Brampton). Shawn will be remembered and dearly missed by his Aunt Shondi Gougeon and Taylor Brooks (Orangeville), his Uncles Curtis Kerr (Suzanne), Kayla and Kristen (Calgary), and Peter Kerr (Holly), Emily and Amber (Huntsville). Shawn will be remembered by his many other Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Family, and Friends.  Shawn is resting at the Whattam-Hicks Funeral Home, 33 Main Street West, Picton (613-476-2450), a private family viewing will take place followed by cremation.
