So Ford & Smith are paying millions, yet again, to run off madly in the very wrong direction — over $5.2 million for natural gas connections in the Bay of Quinte riding, added to the more than $141 million to scrap the White Pines wind project in the County. Province-wide, it runs to $234 million for the current phase of natural gas expansion, and $231 million to do away with wind turbine projects.

Taxpayers’ money, of course.

I’m surely not alone in having some vague memory of County council declaring a climate emergency?
