Entered into rest at Westlake Terrace Long Term Care Facility, Picton on Thursday, March 9, 2023, Arlie Nelson (nee King) died at the age of 92. She was the daughter of the late Alfred & Marcia King (neeDulmage) and wife of the late J. Clare Nelson. Arlie was the loving mother of Larry (Dorthy) of Mankota, Saskatchewan, Sandra Nelson of Picton and the dearest grandmother of Christopher Nelson of Surrey, BC. She is survived by her sister Barbara Naylor (late Herb) of Napanee and predeceased by her brother Donald King (surviving Marlene King) of Picton. Arlie will be fondly remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Nelson rested at Rushnell Funeral Homes – Picton Chapel, 33 Main Street, (613-476-2450). A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel at a later date to be announced. Cremation with Inurnment at Cherry Valley Cemetery in the Spring. If desired, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Heart & Stroke Foundation in memory of Arlie would be appreciated by the family. Online condolences and to share memories of Arlie, please visit: www.rushnellfuneralhomes.com
